At ListenField, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and process data through our agricultural intelligence platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.

1. Information We Collect

ListenField models and systems collect two primary categories of data to power our predictive analytics:

• Environmental & Satellite Data: Public and proprietary remote sensing data, hyperspectral imagery, and meteorological models. This data does not contain personally identifiable information (PII).
• Account & Enterprise Data: Information provided by you when creating an account, negotiating an enterprise contract, or subscribing to our API. This includes names, corporate email addresses, and billing details.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process your data strictly to provide, improve, and secure our intelligence services:

• To authenticate API access and manage enterprise SLA quotas.
• To train and refine our localized predictive learning models (anonymized at the source).
• To send critical system alerts, maintenance updates, and the monthly Ag-Signal dispatch if subscribed.

3. Data Protection and Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data. All API payloads and database storage are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. Access to enterprise environmental data is strictly governed by Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and audited regularly.

4. Cookies and How We Measure This Website

This section covers our website, listenfield.ai. It is separate from the platform data described above.

When you visit this website, we want to know simple things: how many people came, which pages they read, and whether they found what they needed. To do that we use the tools below.

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. These count visits and record which pages you open, roughly where in the world you are, and which site sent you to us. They use cookies. We do not use them to work out who you are, and we do not try to match a visit to a named person, except for event sign-ups as described below.
• Our contact form. When you fill it in, you choose to give us your name, your email and your message, plus your company, phone number, industry and portfolio or LinkedIn link if you add them. Along with what you type, we record the time you sent it, the language of the page you used, the page on this website you came from, and the type of browser and device you used. We use this to reply to you, to send your message to the right team, and to learn which parts of the site are useful.
• Event sign-up forms. At trade shows and talks we put QR codes on our booth or our slides that open a short sign-up page. There you give us your name, your email, your company name or website, the crops you grow and your growing region. At talks, the page instead asks for your name, your position and department, your email, the topics you are interested in, an optional note, and whether you want us to contact you. Along with that, we record the language of the page, a short reference code for your sign-up, which QR code you scanned (the tags in the link it opened), the time you sent it, and the type of browser and device you used. The page keeps the QR code tags in your browser until you close the tab. When you sign up, we send Google Analytics your reference code and the crops or topics you chose (and, at talks, whether you asked us to contact you), but not your name or email, so we can count sign-ups from each QR code; the reference code lets our team link that count back to your sign-up. We use all of this to arrange your demo or follow up on your interest, and to learn which QR codes work.
• Where your message goes. Your message or sign-up is stored in our Google Firebase database. A copy goes by email to the ListenField team that handles your type of inquiry, and a copy is added to our internal task tracker on GitLab so the team can follow it up. Only ListenField staff can see it. We keep it until you ask us to delete it.
• Spam protection. The contact page and the event sign-up pages use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated bots. It sends information about your browser and how you use the page to Google, under Google's privacy terms.
• YouTube videos. Videos on this site do not load until you press play. Nothing is sent to YouTube before that. Once you press play, YouTube receives your request and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy terms rather than ours. If you never press play, this never happens.

How to turn it off. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work. You can also ask us to delete anything you have sent us.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. This includes Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and the European Union's GDPR. Write to us at the address below and we will act on it.

If we add a new measurement tool, we will update this section before we switch it on.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal or corporate data to third parties. We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business: Google (Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA) for hosting, storage, measurement and spam protection, and GitLab for tracking the inquiries we receive. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.
