Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 2026
At ListenField, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and process data through our agricultural intelligence platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
1. Information We Collect
ListenField models and systems collect two primary categories of data to power our predictive analytics:
- Environmental & Satellite Data: Public and proprietary remote sensing data, hyperspectral imagery, and meteorological models. This data does not contain personally identifiable information (PII).
- Account & Enterprise Data: Information provided by you when creating an account, negotiating an enterprise contract, or subscribing to our API. This includes names, corporate email addresses, and billing details.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process your data strictly to provide, improve, and secure our intelligence services:
- To authenticate API access and manage enterprise SLA quotas.
- To train and refine our localized predictive learning models (anonymized at the source).
- To send critical system alerts, maintenance updates, and the monthly Ag-Signal dispatch if subscribed.
3. Data Protection and Security
We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data. All API payloads and database storage are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. Access to enterprise environmental data is strictly governed by Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and audited regularly.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal or corporate data to third parties. We may share necessary telemetry with trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) solely for hosting and computational purposes, strictly bound by confidentiality agreements.
5. Contact Us
