Welcome to ListenField. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our agricultural intelligence platform, API services, and associated documentation. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing the AgroAPI, or utilizing any of our predictive models, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and our associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use of Services and API

ListenField grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform and data for your internal business operations, according to the tiers of your service agreement.

• You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or decompile any portion of our platform or predictive models.
• You must employ secure methods (e.g., standard OAuth or valid API Keys) when authenticating against our endpoints.
• Reselling raw data retrieved from our API without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, predictive models, platform designs, and "ListenField" branding are the exclusive property of ListenField and its licensors. The data you input (if applicable) remains your property, though you grant us a necessary license to process it to provide our services.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our models are built on extensive agronomic research and advanced spectral analysis, agricultural outcomes are inherently subject to unpredictable environmental factors. ListenField provides its intelligence and predictions "as is" and assumes no liability for direct or indirect losses incurred based on actions derived from our data.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tokyo, Japan.
